Melges 15 Sailboat Mast Up Peaked Top Cover - Boat Mooring Cover

Overview:

Melges Mast Up peaked top cover, designed and manufactured in the USA. 


Features of this cover:

• This cover is designed to DRAIN very well (better than the standard mast-up cover!)
• 4 cutouts: one for the mast, two for the shrouds, and one for the forestay
• There is a zipper that goes from the mast cutout, which is closed with a tall 6" collar, to the starboard shroud cutout. The zipper is covered with a flap to protect it from UV damage. There are Velcro flaps that close off from the shroud and forestay cutouts to the edge of the cover, as well as buckles at the bottom edge to connect the 1/4" bungee at the hem. 
• Cover extends down the hull of the boat about 6 inches from the gunwale providing a good seal
• Optional Mesh Drains / Vents wrap under the back lip of the transom providing air flow and allowing your boat to drain if needed
• Well reinforced over all chafe areas (shroud bases, spin blocks, bow, aft corners, pintles, and jib track on foredeck)
• Webbing loops can be found approximately every 3 feet around the cover for you to create your own tie-down system to fit your needs. If you would like the webbing loops replaced with adjustable 1 inch webbing straps with quick release buckles select "Strap" in Upgrades
• Bungee in the hem of the cover allows the cover to fit well and seal out dirt and water
• The cover doesn't need to be tied down to stay on in moderate conditions with the bungee alone
