Bauer 10 Sailboat Mooring Cover - Boat Mast Up Flat Top Cover

Overview:

This mast up flat cover will completely enclose your Bauer 10 deck, protecting it from the elements and keeping it from filling up with leaves.

This mooring cover will go on the boat with the mast up. The cover has cutouts for the forestay, mast and shrouds. There is a zipper going from the mast cutout to the starboard shroud. The zipper is covered by a flap to protect it from UV damage. There are Velcro flaps closing off the cutout to the forestay and shrouds. There is a collar at the mast to close off around the mast.

Bauer made at least two versions of the Bauer 10, one with a narrow transom approximately 28 inches wide and one with a wider transom. The wider transom measures approximately 38 inches over the curved top of the transom and about 36.5 inches across at the height of the gunwale. We need to know which style you have so that we can make you a cover that will fit your boat correctly. We have patterns for both styles. We believe that the majority of boats have the 38 inch transom and that is what Bauer is currently producing. Please indicate which style you have with the button above. We have also witnessed significant variation in the location of the mast, shrouds and forestay. We need you to measure your boat according to the measurement diagram in the photos and submit your measurements in the appropriate section above.

A description of the measurements follows:

A - Distance from transom to port shroud base
B - Distance from transom to aft (back) face of mast
C - Distance from transom to starboard shroud base
D - Distance between shroud bases
E - Distance from transom to forestay base
F - Distance from transom to bow

Our Bauer 10 cover fits snugly below the rub rail of the hull to seal out dirt and water. The cover installs securely with an elastic cord and tie down points.
