We take sails seriously, it's what gets us up in the morning (that and a large cup of coffee). Our expert sailmaker, Karl, has personally designed and fine tuned each of our sails to get the maximum performance out of them. The sails are cut out on our Carlson CNC Plotter Cutter, so each panel is perfect (see the plotter in action cutting out a Nacra 5.7 mainsail in the video). After the cutting, each sail is assembled, sewn, and inspected by our experienced team.
