Forward Trampoline to fit Hobie® Getaway Catamaran (2001 to 2016 models) - Bias Cut Black Mesh

This trampoline is designed to fit either (2001 - 2002) or (2002 to 2016) models of Hobie Getaway catamarans. Please carefully select your side boltrope track size in the dropdown menu. This trampoline will not fit the newest model of Hobie Getaway catamaran (2017 to present). See additional info below. Please contact us if you need assistance before ordering.

This Forward Trampoline to fit a Hobie Getaway is manufactured with very durable mesh and includes these special features:

• Manufactured with 8oz. polypropylene basket weave mesh (high-quality heavy duty trampoline mesh)
  

• Sewn with large size V-138 UV-stabilized polyester thread (Teflon thread available as an upgrade for ultimate UV resistance
       and longevity)
  

• At least five rows of stitching in high-load areas (compared to 2 rows from other manufacturers)
  

• Bolt ropes on 3 sides and a lace tube across the front.

• one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
  
  

Available Options (at an extra cost): 

• Tenara Teflon Thread - By adding this option to your trampoline order we'll sew your new SLO Sail and Canvas trampoline in Tenara Teflon thread by Gore. Tenara has a 15 year warranty in the sun. If you store your boat on the beach this is the best thing you can add to extend the life of your trampoline. Our standard thread is a V-138 polyester thread that is UV stabilized and will last 5-7 years+ in the sun. 
• Zippered Pocket - A larger zippered pocket perfect to hold water bottles, lunch, or sunscreen. The pocket dimensions are roughly 15"x18" and 4" tall. Dimensions may vary slightly depending on the trampoline because of other things getting in the way of a bigger pocket such as hiking straps and lacing grommets, trapeze grommets, jib strop grommets etc. We put the pocket inboard of the hiking straps on Hobie 14 and Hobie 16's on the starboard side of the trampoline. Prindle trampolines will have the zippered pocket on the port side of the trampoline inboard of the hiking straps and opposite the standard halyard pocket we include on all trampolines.
• Lace Kit - Pre cut 1/4" (and sometimes 1/8") line to lace up your new trampoline. Available in white or black.

Notes:

The Hobie® Getaway has a two trampolines. This listing is for the forward trampoline; if you are looking to replace everything check out the Black Mesh, Lake Blue Mesh, or Vinyl trampolines to fit a Hobie® Getaway as well.

Up until 2002, the Getaway was produced with an approximately 3/8 inch diameter side track (Pre 2002-Large Track). From 2003 on, the side track size was reduced to between 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch (Post 2002-Small Track).  Boats built in 2002 may have either track size.  Please let us know what size track is on your boat.  The best way to do this is to try and fit a 3/8 inch drill bit in the side track, if it fits, you have the older, larger track, if not, you have the newer, smaller track.
