Our Daysailer mainsail, proudly designed and manufactured in our San Luis Obispo, California sail loft.   It has been designed with exceptional usability and speed in mind.

*Cloth Material: Dimension-Polyant square-weave cloth (also called 180 HTP+)

Heavily resinated, very light weight, and super strong cloth for maximum performance in all conditions.

*Shelf foot so you can really flatten the mainsail upwind and increase the depth downwind.

*Low-friction outhaul slide for easier outhaul adjustments.

*Window for viewing the upper jib leech telltale.

*Computer designed using Autometrix SMSW6 Build 29 sailmaking software, cut out on our in house CNC plotter/cutter, and sewn right here in our SLO sail loft.

We’ve worked hard getting the luff curve perfect on this mainsail to work better through a larger wind range. The sail shape remains very smooth all through the wind range providing plenty of depth in light to medium air while flattening nicely as the wind builds with no overbend wrinkles.

The sail has the maximum lengths in all dimensions and also has a maximum mid girth measurement. We've worked hard to balance the luff curve and roach to add every square inch of sail area possible.
